In my leadership role, I oversee every facet of our brokerage and property management operation, from compliance and staffing to marketing, pricing, and policy development. I manage a dedicated team and ensure our systems deliver consistent, high-quality service with integrity and accountability. This 360-degree view of the business gives me a unique perspective—and a competitive edge—when it comes to sales. I understand not only what today’s buyers and sellers want, but also what investors need to succeed and what vacation renters expect from a five-star experience. That insight allows me to market properties more strategically, price them more accurately, and close deals with confidence. I specialize in luxury and income-producing properties along Florida’s Gulf Coast, offering expert guidance from Tierra Verde to Indian Rocks Beach and everywhere in between. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Residential Property Management from Ball State University, which laid the foundation for my real estate career and operational expertise.
