MOVE-IN FUNDS: First month's rent plus any fees, a security deposit equal to 1.5x the rent and a one time lease administration fee of $150. We have an option available for a 3rd party service to make your security deposit for you, and you may make payments to them. Please inquire for more information. A $50 non-refundable application fee is due when you apply.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must make a minimum 2.5x the monthly rent amount in gross income. Certain felony convictions in the past two years are prohibited. Applicants with prior eviction history or rental damage need not apply. Please see the application for more details.
CONDITIONAL APPROVAL: Applicants with income under 3x the monthly rent, a credit score below 600, unresolved collection accounts, or that are lacking 2 years of good rental history may be approved but will be assessed at $75/m risk mitigation fee. Please see the application for more details.

RESIDENT BENEFIT PACKAGE: This property is professionally managed by Providence Property Management. All PPM residents are enrolled in a Resident Benefits Package for $60/month that will be due monthly with your rent.
