A membership transfer fee of $214 will apply to the rental if the guests want to access amenities which also includes a golf membership, for the entire length of your stay. You will need to pay the cart fee of $25 (18 holes) and $14 (9 holes) each time you want to play The rates for a regular non-member are currently $150 in season, and $75 off season.
