Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge and interior design experience into her real estate business. She is a driven, proven, and dynamic business owner and sales achiever with over 25 years of customer-focused sales experience in the luxury marketplace. Before relocating to Indian Rocks Beach, Natalie raised her children in South Tampa. She is an expert in all Tampa Bay has to offer, from Tampa to St. Petersburg to Gulf Coast Beach communities. She has a career that began in Wilmington, Delaware as AVP of Facility & planning and design for MBNA America, now Bank of America, she developed and managed a multi-million dollar annual budget, directed the activities of in-house interior design staff, and designed more than 1 million square feet of office space. In 1993, Natalie opened a luxury interior design firm specializing in the renovation and restoration of historic estate homes and executive vacation properties. In 2009, she added a boutique firm that searches the world for unique works of art and furnishings. Natalie relocated to Tampa, Florida in 1999 and quickly got involved in the community. She is a past board of advisor’s member of the Florida Orchestra and The Spring. She currently sits on The Board of Advisors for The Beach Arts Center in Indian Rocks Beach. Natalie and her husband are members of Carlouel Yacht & Tennis Club in North Clearwater Beach. They enjoy boating with friends, grandchildren, and her clients.
