Sublet at The Social – 4x4 w/ Incentive | Move-In Ready Apartments (Sublet / Shared Housing)

Hello! The apartment is a 4/4, however, I am subletting my room as each room is individually leased by the apartment complex. The apartment is on the third floor, co-ed, and your roommates (two others) will be students, however, all ages are welcome.... Your lease begins the moment you sign, and you will take over my lease which goes through July of 2026. $644 monthly is the base rent. The apartment assesses an additional $50 utility package (this includes electricity and water) - we as renters are responsible for any overages (overage, as in if our monthly utility bill exceeds $50). As it stands, you can expect to pay about ~$20-$30 in overages. All utilities are included in the rent, and the unit comes furnished. The apartment is just under a mile from the USF Tampa campus and the apartment’s community is quiet. Purchasing a parking pass is optional, however, if you do not have a pass you will be restricted to parking in the visitor parking spots - of which there are plenty.
