$75.00 per adult- regardless if married or not. Applications are found on our website at

f approved, applicant(s) have 72 hours to pay the full Security Deposit to hold the property. Failure to pay Security Deposit within the 72 hours, will put the property back on the market. Failure to take possession of the property on your Lease Start Date will make your Security Deposit non-refundable.

If approved, there is also a one time Administrative Fee of $125.00 per property.
