1x1 The Metropolitan Tampa

Hi,

I'm trying to find someone to take over my lease starting in November since I'm moving back home. The lease would run from then until July 2026, with the option to renew! It's a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and rent is $1,910 with all utilities...
included. There's an in-unit washer/dryer, is fully furnished and all appliances are brand new. The complex amenities include a rooftop pool, gym, private study rooms and even a tanning bed and sauna.

You'd have to apply and go through the leasing office since it’s a formal lease assignment, but once it’s transferred, everything would be under your name. Feel free to message me at 8138944594 if you have any other questions or are interested because I don’t receive notifications here.

Thanks!
