Hey y'all, got a 1-bedroom cottage for rent in Historic Kenwood and I gotta tell ya about it before somebody on the algorithm scoops it up.
3016½ 3rd Ave N. St. Pete. Tucked in the back of the property, real private. You're not livin' on top of... nobody. Your neighbors ain't narratin' your life through the wall.
Now Historic Kenwood. People move there and then just stop leavin'. It's that kinda neighborhood. Bricked streets, big trees, craftsman bungalows everywhere, park, arts community, coffee shops you can walk to. You'll start lyin' to yourself about needin' a car.
Got a neighbor named Jim whose whole personality is the meats he smokes. That's his thing. You'll smell brisket on a Tuesday and just know.
The unit's got this retro vibe goin' on. Pink tile in the bathroom like your grandma's place but somehow it works. Heads up though, the photos are staged to show off that midcentury feel. Furniture ain't comin' with it. It's rentin' UNFURNISHED. The walnut dresser, the green chairs, all that, ghosts. Pretend they were never there. But the pink tile stays. The pink tile is yours.
One bedroom, one bathroom, in-unit laundry so you ain't draggin' your delicates to a laundromat. Off-street parking because the universe gives you somethin' free every once in a while.
