The private bedroom has a king size bed and a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath tub with a separate vanity area. There’s tile flooring throughout in the main living areas and in the bedroom. In the very spacious living room there’s a brand new flat screen TV which includes 220+ cable channels, DVR, 1,000 MBPS high speed internet and a DVD player and a desk to accommodate working from home.
Enjoy sunsets from the private beach…don’t forget your glass of wine and slip off your shoes to enjoy the soft white sand between your toes. Awaken to gorgeous gardens and tropical palm trees! Be sure to look for the dolphins and manatees that are most active in the morning! Tennis anyone? How about a dip in one of the two heated pools?
Downtown Saint Petersburg is only 10 minutes away. The nearby Gulf beaches are even closer…7 minutes to Pass-A-Grille beach and only 10 minutes to Fort De Soto Beach…voted the #1 beach in the USA!
