You will be less than 5 miles away from the best white sandy beaches and enjoy... plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. On your way to the Islands you will want to stop and visit the Cortez Fishing Village where one of 5 fishing preserves still remain. Two commercial fishing companies continue the tradition and provide the freshest fish to the waterfront, 5 star restaurants there. Pebble Springs 6300 cluster has its own pool where you can grill out as you swim and sit at the picnic table in your community back yard. The recreation center provides you with another pool which is larger and perfect for swimming laps! This 2/2 beautifully remodeled unit has no other unit overhead so very quiet. All appliances new including air conditioner. Ceiling fans in every room! Two large smart TVs. The large master bedroom has 2 closets and private bathroom with walk in shower. Second bedroom shares the second bathroom, with house guests using another door in the hallway, and includes a bathtub. This tastefully decorated unit is waiting for someone to call it home. 2 month minimum lease agreement required. No smoking in or out of unit, of any kind. Maximum of 2 small dog under 25 lbs, well behaved and trained allowed.
