Kelley entered the real estate world like many others, after several other successful ventures. She successfully managed a golf course, was a hand model (for real) and traveled the world as a military family member prior to making the jump into the Tampa Bay real estate market in 2017. Since then Kelley has consistently outperformed the market and is considered a top producer. Her strategy is simple, to provide a great real estate experience to her clients by leveraging an enormous social network to source hidden listings for buyers if their dream home is not on the market and to provide an out of this world transaction experience for listing clients by leveraging the great people, technology and marketing strength of the South Shore Team. Kelley is an active member of the Tampa Bay community and is the Chairwoman of the Waterset Social Committee in her master planned community, in Apollo Beach, Florida. The committee organizes food truck rally’s, large holiday events and generally makes living in the neighborhood more enjoyable. She is the mother of two beautiful children and a large fluffy dog, with whom she enjoys spending time floating down the many natural springs that Florida has to offer. Their favorite day trip is floating down the Rainbow River, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and finishing the day by grabbing dinner at one of the many local eateries overlooking the river.
