The house currently has me, my 16 y/o brother, and occasionally my boyfriend when he visits.
The room available is the master bedroom located next to the living room. The room comes with its bathroom + closet and is 12ft x 14ft (excluding bathroom... and closet). The kitchen and living room separate our rooms from your room so noise shouldn't be an issue.
The house has central AC so its not necessary to buy a portable AC unit unless you prefer it extra-cold. also has its own washer, dryer unit.
House is pretty quiet. I don't host parties.
No pets sadly :( Car required
