My family moved to Sarasota/Siesta Key in 1962. I grew up in Sarasota and was educated in our great school system graduating from Riverview HS. After college (UF/USF) I moved back to Sarasota to start a communications business which gave me the opportunity to open the 1st Cellular One Dealer in Sarasota. Having spent 35 years in the wireless world of Nextel & Sprint, managing many corporate teams and negotiating many large contracts such as the current wireless contract for the State of Florida has helped me develop significant relationships and many skills necessary to assist my clients locate and negotiate their 1st home to their retirement dream home in beautiful Sarasota or provide sales expertise to quickly market and sell your existing home. Having lived in Sarasota for almost 60 years, I have seen our sleepy Gulf-side community turn into a globally sought-after destination. Whether you are looking for the Coastal boating lifestyle, Downtown social/walking business district, laid-back countryside life or “true Island” living on Don Pedro Island for a great vacation / real “old Florida” hide-away I can find you your dream home or stay. When not watching a Gator game you might find me enjoying our beautiful waterfront amenities, biking, boating or just walking to any one of our many incredible local eateries to spent time with friends. Having grown up locally does have some advantages!
