Avalon Heights

URGENT!! Sublease available at Avalon Heights! Girls only! I am trying to sublease my apartment (room in a 3x3) from ASAP until July. The rent is 984$ a month with utilities. The room features a private terrace, bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe. The... females I live with are really quiet, tidy, and lovely. It takes around two minutes to walk from my apartment to the USF campus, which is directly across from the Publix, making it the closest off-campus apartment to campus. The complex itself is really cozy and secure. A pool, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball net, clubhouse, and full 24-hour gym are just a few of the many facilities available at the complex, as well as included parking!
