Collegetown at USF

Visually I believe this complex is very appealing, the apartments are separated into several buildings and there's 2 pools, a printing room, a gym, and a hangout area. This is personal taste but I really love the bricks and arches along with some of... the tiles they have and teal colors. It makes it feel very homey and tropical as well.
I believe out of all the possible options I could find, this place is the most authentic without hidden fees and a safe atmosphere.
Lastly, I would like to point out that each room is a different price, I have already signed a lease for the Scholastic 2 bed 2 bath with specifically bedroom B, so Im looking for a roomate open to taking on bedroom A. (The price I've written here is the bedroom A price).
