Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, and the excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. Our residents come home to... community amenities like our lagoon-style pool, chalet-style clubhouse, huge fitness center with cardio and weight rooms, full-court basketball, Mac and PC computer lab, free printing, and so much more! Our pet-friendly apartments feature private bathrooms for every bedroom, screen-in patios/balconies, and huge in-unit laundry rooms.
This place is made for student life. I do not recommend it to anyone other than a college student. There are pool parties every once in a while that need police to break things up. I can hear my upstairs neighbor more than in usual apartments. I can listen to conversations, is what I mean. The last couple had a new puppy that would not quit whining. The management could not do much on their end, apparently. The maintenance is iffy. They get the job done if you are home and watching. ... Other times they come in and leave without changing anything. I will say they are quick to respond. And they never close the gates or put someone in the security office. No real point in the gates just take them down, lol. Oh, and if you like weed, then you'll love the smell!
