This complex is so beautiful and peaceful - I love the pool area! The staff is also super friendly and always able to help out. Definitely recommend!

Large Rooms

Compared to other student housing, the rooms are big and I loved the queen sized beds. Far enough from USF to not have traffic when grocery shopping but it was close enough on the days I had class

Michael was very thorough with explaining the differences between the apartments Forest Lake offers. We also think it is so awesome that Forest Lake has a shuttle that runs directly from the complex to the USF campus.

I can hear everything

This place is made for student life. I do not recommend it to anyone other than a college student. There are pool parties every once in a while that need police to break things up. I can hear my upstairs neighbor more than in usual apartments. I can listen to conversations, is what I mean. The last couple had a new puppy that would not quit whining. The management could not do much on their end, apparently. The maintenance is iffy. They get the job done if you are home and watching. ... Other times they come in and leave without changing anything. I will say they are quick to respond. And they never close the gates or put someone in the security office. No real point in the gates just take them down, lol. Oh, and if you like weed, then you'll love the smell!
