Modern, convenient & affordable!

Ultra modern apartments located in a secure and quiet neighborhood for students! It's a stone's throw away from the USF campus and surrounded by ammenties such as Publix, Walmart and famous restaurants like Mr. Dunderbak's and Skipper's. It's on a bullrunner route directly to campus and right next to the USF golf course! Love it here!!! ???

DON'T MOVE HERE

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The application process was a breeze. But right off the bat my roommates and I had problems. It first started with one of my roommates who was a late move in that was supposed to be with us (after multiple conversations with the front office) and they had someone else move in instead. It took hours for the office staff to contact the manager and even longer for anything to be done.
In addition to this they consistently "lose" documentation. They also mess up our billing almost... every month. The carpeted hallways are rarely cleaned and often smell horrible and there's constantly garbage in the stairwells (and sometimes dog poop). Someone had puked in one hallway and nobody leaned it up for almost a month, and their idea of cleaning the carpet did not include a carpet cleaner. The office staff rarely answer the phones because they are consistently under-staffed and/or hiding in the back room, and if you do get them on the phone, they will say anything to get you of the phone. There have been multiple instances where they have lied to us just to get us to go away. The younger staff are validated by an older supervisor (Melanie) who is blatantly rude and cannot be bothered by her tenants' issues.
The long and short of it is that nobody should have to live in an environment where safety is not a top priority.

Don’t move here!

If you love bad management and sleeping in a roach infested apartment this is the place for you! I have found dozens of roaches in my apartment throughout the year and the new management WILL NOT HELP solve the problem. I have complained to them MANY times and they have still not had pest control come to my apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you love sleeping with insects!

Changed to terrible management

Ever since they change management at Haven 46 to Pinncle Living, the apartment complex has gone downhill. Management decided to relocate a dangerous person into my unit over winter break. They moved her in with no warning of her background. After having issues, my former roommates and I reported it to management and it was not taken serious until a physical altercation arose and parents got involved. I no longer reside at Haven and could not be any happier. Management is extremely... unprofessional and never answer the phones. All in all I believe there are way better places to live in Tampa, especially at the rates they are charging.
