Halo46 Apartments (Shared Housing)

Halo46 is an apartment complex just north of USF campus with a modern style and homey feel.
It's walking distance from USF, though personally I preferred biking. The complex feels built for residents, with valet trash functioning five days a week,... an easily accessed bike room to store your bike in next to a similarly accessed mail room, elevators and stairs alike in the building, a pool, a courtyard area to hang out in, and more. The front desk is helpful and kind, maintenance is prompt and effective, and the apartments themselves are spacious.

This room has a view of the courtyard, and the Halo46 complex is very good about controlling after dark sounds from the pool and courtyard to keep a peaceful atmosphere in the complex. The room also has a walk-in sized closet, plenty of shelving and storage space, and a bathroom that is exclusive to the room (each bedroom has its own bathroom, so you don't have to share).
