Only issue is the gnat problem that is mainly in the mail room area and seems to have extended throughout the rest of the building. A heated pool would be nice too as the pool is virtually unusable in the cooler months, but can't have everything. Building and the gym are very nice.

The apartment itself is nice and generally well-maintained, with a comfortable layout and decent amenities. However, prospective tenants should be aware of the high number of fees charged at the time of signing the initial lease. These upfront costs can add up quickly, making the move-in process more expensive than expected. While the first year’s rent may seem reasonable, there is also a significant price increase when it comes time to renew the lease. This jump in cost can make it challenging... to justify staying long-term, especially if you are budgeting carefully. It’s important to factor in these potential changes when deciding to rent here. Overall, it’s a good place to live if you are prepared for the financial aspects, but the rising costs and initial fees may be a drawback for some renters.
