Nats EVERYWHERE from the mail room. They follow you home. Ridiculous trash fines for leaving empty trash cans out at 9 am?? Maybe have the trash fairies not come at 9 pm when we are asleep??? My mail is always lost. My car has been hit MULTIPLE times, please invest in cameras. Major noise issues and leasing office will do nothing. This complex smells like trash all the time.

Only issue is the gnat problem that is mainly in the mail room area and seems to have extended throughout the rest of the building. A heated pool would be nice too as the pool is virtually unusable in the cooler months, but can't have everything. Building and the gym are very nice.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with an apartment complex. Leasing office has no power with upper management.
