The rooms are 412 sqft, they come fully... furnished, with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Hardwood floors make it easy to clean, and it also has a nice big balcony.
IQ provides a gym, a pool, study rooms, two barbecue grill spots, and plenty of space for different activities.
++ bonus of living at IQ: very close to campus and great location for pre-health students; big bedrooms; rent increase per year is low compared to other places.
