Everything is going well so far. Everyone that I’ve met here is very respectful and nice. The neighbors aren’t too noisy either. The neighborhood is nice too.

Excellent facility with many amenities such as a pool, community room and conference rooms for use by the tenants. Good place to live and great for Tampa University students. .

Love this place. Staff is great and maintenance always comes same day for me if not the next day. Everything is great, but sometimes my upstairs neighbors are loud, but everything else is great.
