Parking nightmare

I am extremely disappointed with this apartment complex. The parking situation is absolutely terrible. First, there's not nearly enough parking for the number of units. They recently got rid of the reserved parking spaces, which were already paid for, making the situation even worse. Now, every resident is limited to just one car per unit, which is completely unrealistic for families or anyone with multiple vehicles. On top of that, there are only 25 guest parking spots, which is laughable... considering how many people live here.
It's nearly impossible to find a parking spot for visitors, and it's incredibly frustrating. The management really needs to rethink their parking policies because this is a huge inconvenience for everyone. Avoid this place if you have a car!

10’s across the board

From the dedicated staff to the wonderful community, I’m very happy I decided to move in. Although it’s been a few short months but it’s been an amazing ride thus far. It’s practically it’s own city within a city because you have access to everything. From the amenities, to the restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas, and my personal favorite the night life! It’s all accessible on their app once you sign your lease. And the complex itself is one big happy family And they are big on... community! Every month it’s always some activity planned for us to bond with our neighbors along with the staff! I freaking love this place!!!!!

Beautiful apartments/ friendly staff

My husband and I are considering getting a second home in St Pete and visited Lake Maggiore new apartments. We have looked at several properties and when and if we make the move, it will be here.
The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I walked in without an appointment but nevertheless they made the time to welcome me. I toured with a lovely young woman Liz who gave me all the information and toured 2 beautiful, comfortable apartments.
Even though I was just shopping around, not ready to... commit, the whole “vibe” from office, grounds, apartments, feeling safe, and friendly atmosphere convinced us Lake Maggiore will be our second home when we’re able to make the move!
Thanks everyone at Lake Maggiore and especially Liz. Hoping to sign lease next November.

Brand New and 5 Star Staff

I had a great visit to Lake Maggiore Apartments today. The apartments are beautiful! Bright and spacious and very clean and well maintained. Same for the hallways and grounds. No trash, the new plants and trees were healthy and nicer than other apartments I visited. Maintenance was cleaning and scrubbing the hallways to stay clean even though they are brand new! I can tell the staff really cares about the community. I am really excited to move in next month and enjoy the community garden. They... said they are planting fresh herbs, fruit trees and vegetables and residents can enjoy them. The apartments have lots of cameras and will have gates. I know I will feel safe living here too.
