If I could leave 0 stars I would. This apartment complex started off looking perfect — nice buildings, advertised amenities, and a pet friendly community (which is very important to us as we have 2 dogs). But once we committed, it all went downhill.
The day before we were set to move in (from out of state, after selling our house), we had to call the office ourselves just to be told our apartment wasn’t even ready. No one had bothered to tell us. After pushing, they did let us choose another... unit, but that’s beside the point — the lack of communication was unacceptable and stressful during a major move. This should have been our first red flag.
When we arrived, we learned the advertised amenities weren’t even finished. No heads up, no honesty — just another disappointment.
Then came multiple AC issues right at the start of summer. It would shut off constantly in a brand-new building. No urgency, no lasting fix (still shuts off). Their fix? Poor some bleach every now and then to clean out the line.
In the winter, we discovered mold in the living room. Their solution? Bleach and paint. Mind you we’re on the 3rd floor too. Had to throw out our entire couch and our insurance company couldn’t reach the leasing office. They never returned there call. When we asked to break our lease, they refused. They claimed we kept the unit too warm and blamed us, saying it was likely a faulty thermostat — which they never replaced, even after promising to.
Now, they’re taking away parking for units with two licensed drivers and only allowing one parking spot for each apartment. Mind you there are 2-3 bedroom apartments in the community, not just 1 bed, 1 bathroom. We pay a premium to live here, and the service and treatment we’ve received is beyond disappointing.
If you want to pay luxury prices for ongoing issues, poor management, and a complex that cares more about profits than residents, this is your place. I wish I could say otherwise, but I’m counting down the days until my lease ends.

****THEY ARE DELETING ALL OF RESIDENTS' BAD REVIEWS********* Don't move here. Complex is constantly cutting corners and today they informed us they will be limiting us to ONE car per apartment even though that is not what was agreed on in our lease and were told REPEATEDLY when we toured. Suggesting ridiculous 'solutions' like e-biking when we live in an incredibly unsafe area miles from downtown is laughable. Do better. Do not lease here unless you have a good lawyer or don't own a car.

This place should be getting a 4 or 4.5 star review, but sadly management has single-handedly made sure that I will not be renewing my lease off of one short sighted decision. If you read all of the reviews from 2024, I would say at that time they were all valid and true. This complex has many positive qualities, a nice pool, a good gym, beautiful atmosphere. However, I did expornece some negatives, a lack of any neighborhood necessities, mainly not having a grocery store less than 10 minutes... away, but also the complex is in a unsafe area where walking outside of the gated area is always rolling the dice. But overall I was willing to overlook these issues, because I felt that the positives outweighed the negatives. However in March of 2025, the property management decided to completely change the parking policy, which was one vehicle per resident, to now one vehicle per apartment. How this makes any sense, when we live 10 minutes from downtown, and no arrangement was made with any alternative locations to help with the transition, is borderline incompetence. When me and my partner are 8 months into our lease, and both of us drive 30 minutes or more each way for work, now we are having the added expense of wasted time driving even further, money to pay for whenever we can find parking, and added stress. How they expect anyone who isn’t renting a 1 bedroom to want to live here is beyond me. To add salt to the wound, their official reasoning is “sustainability,” so they can slap a good quote on it while they screw over existing tenants so they can fill this place as fast as possible. And if you see a response from management to this review, keep in mind that we have had 4 different property managers in 4 months. Apparently no one wants to be the scapegoat and deal with actual questions of the decision making behind this. Again, I was planning on staying here for for beyond my first lease, but it is clear that this one decision is a warning of what’s to come here in the future. Stay away from here and pay the same price for somewhere closer to downtown and somewhere safe.

I am extremely disappointed with this apartment complex. The parking situation is absolutely terrible. First, there's not nearly enough parking for the number of units. They recently got rid of the reserved parking spaces, which were already paid for, making the situation even worse. Now, every resident is limited to just one car per unit, which is completely unrealistic for families or anyone with multiple vehicles. On top of that, there are only 25 guest parking spots, which is laughable... considering how many people live here.
It's nearly impossible to find a parking spot for visitors, and it's incredibly frustrating. The management really needs to rethink their parking policies because this is a huge inconvenience for everyone. Avoid this place if you have a car!
