- The earliest move-in day is May 7th and move-out day is July 17th. Since you can move in on May 7th (before the end of... finals week), you can avoid worrying about your residence hall kicking you out before you have a place to stay and you don't have to rush to move out of your room the day after finals week ends. - The monthly rate is $865 per month for three months, which is significantly lower than what other Lark on 42nd residents pay because I am covering the monthly costs for electricity, water, sewer, a parking garage spot, upper floor placement, and the mandatory personal liability coverage policy. I will also cover Lark on 42nd subleasing and administrative fees (total of $350). In total, this means I will cover about $800 worth of costs for you. Internet is included. - Sixth floor apartment, so noise is not an issue (top floor!) - Five minutes away from a Bull Runner stop on foot and 0.5 miles away from the USF Tampa campus. If you walk or bike, you only have to cross one crosswalk before you reach the campus. Location is 14202 N 42nd St, Tampa, FL 33616. - The room, which contains a bathroom and closet, is fully furnished. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer. Both the room and the common area are clean and in excellent condition; the same is true for the entire apartment complex, which is kept clean by staff. - Three other roommates live in the apartment, and they’re very friendly, conscientious, and respectful. Some of my roommates have lived in other off-campus student housing complexes close to USF, and they all agree that Lark on 42nd is remarkably better. - No-pet community, so it's a great place for anyone with allergies. - The apartment complex features plenty of amenities, including but not limited to a 24/7 gym, a pool, a courtyard with grills and firepits, and study rooms with free printing and computers.
