Monterey Palms Apartments has been such a great place to live. The community is quiet, friendly, and feels very safe at all hours. The location is incredibly convenient, close to USF, grocery stores, and everything you need day to day. If you are into landscaping or gardening, you'll often find free dirt nearby. The rents are also fairly priced for the area, especially considering how well kept the property is. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

The owner is really nice and the neighbors are pretty friendly. It's kept clean and quiet and the neighborhood feels safe.

Nicely remodeled apartment. Quiet and safe. Good price. It is nice that it is close to many places like Bush Gardens, MOSI, USF and the Zoo.

Solid Apartment Living Near USF

This apartment complex is fantastic. It's incredibly nice, quiet, and safe, which is exactly what I was looking for. The friendly community is a huge plus, and you can't beat the proximity to USF.
Rents are fairly priced for the value, and the landlord is top-notch. They're genuinely attentive to upkeep and improvements. Everything is always well-maintained. Highly recommend this stress-free place.
