Incredible workspace with Airstream! This is your opportunity to lease a unit at The Motor Enclave and have access to the same amenities as garage owners, including the 1.72-mile Tilke-designed track, autocross course, and off-road course. If you... just love cars, you can be a voyeur and watch and enjoy the ambiance. There is also an event center, which has events you can walk to. This trackside unit is 1380 square feet with 35-foot ceilings. The unit has a balcony which affords excellent views of yellow Porsche GT3 RSs whizzing by. The pictures were taken from the unit. The unit walls and ceiling have been freshly painted white and black, and the floors have been done in white epoxy with a checker detail. The lease price includes use of the Airstream. This is a track-front unit in the coveted building 13. Building 13 is the furthest point from the freeway, and thus the unit is quiet and private. The unit has wifi installed and has a premium entry system that works with the SmartPlus App. There is Central Air Conditioning and heat, mail service, and an alarm. There is a common area pool with a stadium TV with times for use. The new 2024 Airstream 27-foot Flying Cloud Front Bedroom with a queen bed fits perfectly in the unit and provides incredible use benefits. This is the only one for lease. We are open to doing a longer-term lease. Airsteam is not included in the advertised lease rate. This is a one-year minimum lease.
