General: - Brand new construction smart home just built in March (a/c and garage door can be regulated thru phone) -Brand new... home appliances - 3 bedroom/2.5 bath (located on 2nd floor; half bathroom on first floor) -In unit washer/dryer (second floor) -75” smart tv in living room -Water usage is uncapped -About 10-15 mins from USF -No pets -Single occupancy Move in date anytime after July 31st!
Looking for: - Someone who is clean and respectful; keeps shared spots well kept - No parties - Outside smoking only - Ideally looking for someone who is focused and wants a relaxed place to study/work. Rooms: - The rent for the smaller room is $800 plus electricity and internet (averages roughly $60 per person on top of base rent) - The rent for the larger room is $875 per month plus electricity and internet. Cable is not included; i don’t personally use cable but can be added -The bathroom is shared! -$500 refundable security deposit -*Rooms come unfurnished*
(I have an 8 year old german shepard mix who will come by every now and then, mostly weekends, and who is very sweet/rarely barks/ loves people but is scared of other animals, which is why i am asking for no pets)
I am still in the process of buying more furniture for the patio/ kitchen bar stools/ lights; blinds will be installed to the patio window and a patio fence/net as well.
