Quiet House near Campus
Hello everyone! My dad purchased a house in Temple Terrace that my BF (upcoming senior) and I (upcoming sophomore) currently live in.
We have two extra rooms that we’re hoping to rent out, that share a bathroom. The rooms will be available starting... around August 1st, but we are open to being flexible. Rent would be $900 a month and 1/4 of utilities (per room).
Each bedroom will be furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, dresser, and nightstand.
Pets are welcome as long as they are compatible with current house pets. My BF has a conure (bird) and I have a golden retriever. My dog, Treasure, has been around cats and I am happy to do training with her to leave your pets alone. But your pets must be able to in turn, leave the bird alone.
The house is located in a very nice neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from Campus depending on the time of day.
It’s an older house, and I am finishing up some renovations that will be complete soon. Once done, I’ll attach pictures of the rooms and bathroom.
