Seeking someone (FEMALE preferred) that would be interested in sharing my home in a quiet gated community in New Tampa. There are 2 bedrooms completely furnished (including linens and towels). One with a private bathroom and walk in closet ($1,000... .00) and the other with semi-shared bathroom ($900). Easy access to USF Tampa, Moffitt Cancer Center, VA hospital, I-75, 2 Advent Health hospitals, MOSI Museum, Bush Gardens, Wiregrass Mall, Premium Outlet Mall, loads of restaurants and lots of entertainment. Easy drive to Florida beaches. A clean background and credit check required. Terms are month to month but would prefer someone that would like to stay a while.
