We are a student housing style community with four bedroom and four bathroom apartments. Each resident will have their own bedroom and private bathroom, only sharing the kitchen and common area in our oversized 1700 sq ft floor plan.

Really liked the viewing but the leasing part has been very rocky.Changed the rate and sent me a new lease after I signed the lease.Very disappointed

Decent so far. The place is a bit dated but it’s really good value for the price. Amenities are good but the gym is a bit small. No major complaints

great housing, very affordable, staff is really nice, i would definitely recommend signing your lease here, pet friendly as well and overall the property is amazing.

So far my resident experience has been great. Plenty of resident parking spaces with option to purchase a reserved spot. Great location and amenities and look forward to a great year.
