SUBLEASE Apartments (Sublet / Shared Housing)

Hey! My roommate is subleasing her room, and I saw that the rent is in your range. The rent is 850/ month, wifi included washer/ dryer in unit. It is a 10-month lease that can be extended, and every lease is individual, so you are only responsible... for your room. There is a one-time $400 sublease fee that covers all the initial fees, kind of like the deposit. It’s a 3-person apartment. Each person has their own room and bathroom; the only thing we share is the living area, kitchen (everyone has their own set of cabinets), washer/ dryer, and it’s fully furnished! The lobby has a 24-hour gym, pool, and a coffee bar, as well as a study area and study pods. The only utilities that fluctuate based on usage, but the apartment covers the first $100, I think; in the end still totals to around $850.

My other roommate and I are super friendly, chill, and mostly stay in our rooms and are pretty quiet. We do cook and clean up after ourselves, as well! The place is always clean; dishes are washed almost immediately, the countertop is clear, etc. We don’t drink or smoke. We are pretty understanding and are very respectful of personal property and living spaces. We don’t usually have people over, which is fine if you do, but we are usually studying pretty late.
