These are spacious apartments located conveniently off the highway in a quiet corporate park about 20 minutes from Tampa. The apartments have updated appliances, huge bathrooms, and laundry inside each apartment. The grounds are kept very clean and there are basic community amenities, such as a pool, small gym, and club house. Many people complain of hearing the foot steps from their upstairs neighbors but the community is generally very quiet. There is a Starbucks, gas station, sandwich shop, and a state park within walking distance, but everything else requires a car. Overall, it is a very nice quiet community in the suburbs of Tampa, perfect for couples and families.

I love living in a 2 BR/2 BTH apartment in the Club at Hidden River gated community! The condo/apartment building includes a nice mix of owned and rented units. The building quality is above average with beautiful, up-to-date interior design. The walls are textured and painted throughout the unit with matching granite counter tops and large wood cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. The closets and storage space in my two bedroom apartment unit exceeds that of my previous 3 bedroom single family home! In addition, my guests and I really appreciate elevator access. The property manager is great to work with and acts promptly. Parking is sufficient even when I return home late. There is a nice pool and small workout room. The community sits on the edge of several commercial properties in the Telecom Parkway and is about a block away from the Lettuce Lake Park. The location is convenient to I-75 and near to FL Hospital Tampa, USF, Busch Gardens, the Veterans Hospital and other large employers. Even still when I enter my unit, I feel like I've left the city behind and entered a quiet place tucked in the woods. R H, Tampa
