Actually a 0 Star Property
8/15/24
I wish I could give this place 0 stars because of how awful it truly is. Every other issue posted by people on here is 100% true. They have massive water issues with back ups into apartments and leaks, constantly being turned off. I experienced that in both my tub as well as constant flooding issues through my washer/dryer combo (which also destroyed $500+ worth of clothing).
Place started flooding up through the floors as well with rain right before I cut my lease and moved. If you have a 1... bedroom - make sure your AC doesn't sound like a train and is located in your bedroom (?) of all places.
Apartment itself had peeling paint, terrible smells, and poorly installed/fixed issues. The floor itself with move-in was installed with rocks under it that I had to dig out. Holes in the wall covered with chicken wire.
Big issue with mold as I found in the AC and bathroom as well. I showed them pictures and contacted them on multiple occasions about it and was told in a very condescending manor that I was just 'upset.' They truly don't care.
Communication was impossible with them, never answered emails. The only way I was able to get them to respond was a BBB complaint where they agreed to waive my outstanding balance from the termination fee. They then however decided to also send that over to a collection agency so now we get to go through that whole litigation drama. Heed the reviews from people, they aren't lying.
