URGENT 2025-2026 term!!


Hi everyone! I am currently subleasing my room in a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom & all girl apartment at The Retreat for $1060/month. Utilities are not included in that rate. The exact term is August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026... .

There are 2 other girls in the apartment that are super chill and clean. I can connect anyone that is interested with them so we know it’s a fit! The rooms are fully furnished and there are tons of amenities in the complex (pool, gym, study lounge, dog park, etc.). The property is very walkable to campus and has a bus stop in the front! If anyone is interested or has any questions please feel free to reach out!
