As a disclaimer, I gave the maintenance team and leasing office every opportunity to fix ongoing issues, in addition to a warning that this review was coming. Let me start from the beginning; I will keep this concise.
Upon move in, there were several issues with the apartment, all of which were resolved aside from the dryer. It took a month for them to fix the dryer, and to their credit I was provided $200.
However, shortly after there was a window leak and simultaneously and an AC issue.... Both issues have now been ongoing for almost 2 1/2 months. You will open a maintenance request, and nobody cares to respond or review unless you raise hell with the leasing office. The issues still remain unresolved. The lack of care for the amount of rent I’m paying is pretty alarming, to the point where I will likely need to withhold rent next month.
Around the same time the leak was reported, I had a mosquito infestation, and pretty much got eaten alive for two weeks straight. The leasing office said they couldn’t assist so I had to take matters into my own hands and place traps around the apartment which took a couple weeks to take effect.
In short, if you’ve looking for a place to live where you can relax and unwind, there are better options out there. Dealing with maintenance requests that go ignored have become a part time job. I wish I had taken prior negative reviews more seriously. Do yourself favor and don’t move here.

Was here for 3 years and each year it got progressively worse. Management is the worst and the apartment complex is so run down. The gates have been broken for 4+ months. Majority of the doors in the complex that are supposed to be locked are not. Numerous break in the parking garage and homeless people walking through the building because of the unlocked doors. Packages get stolen despite the package lockers. When something breaks, they take extremely long times to repair it. My AC was broken... for 2 months until they fixed it. Management is unresponsive and unprofessional, even with the Billing Department & Corporate. I would lease anywhere else for the $$

This was the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. They didn’t even clean the apartment before I moved there. I found hair and hair gel in the bathroom drawers. They didn’t even dust. I had to leave my things in the boxes until they had the cleaners come. It often had dog waste in the hallways or human vomit on the stairs. Then I try to find me for having a second dog, that I didn’t have. They insisted that someone saw a second dog when they came into my apartment. Then out of nowhere they finally... dropped it. Though there was no notification of anyone needing to enter my apartment for any reason during that time, which makes me think they came into my apartment without giving me notice.

The worst place where I have lived in my life! The administration is terrible and they don't care about everything. A lot of noise and all the common areas are in very poor condition. Beer cans everywhere. They don't clean up the trash. The pool is disgusting. Do not rent at this place !!!!

Worst place!!!
Nothing works. Unethical.
Overpriced!
Horrible management.
Please please save yourself from renting form this company.
They didn’t give me my deposit back, with pictures and proper everything they made things up.
I also tried to rent my place out early and they said it wasn’t allowed.
So when i had to move for a new job they wanted to charge me 2660$ plus other “fees”
They kept changing their story.
I went online and saw their reviews and wanted to kick myself.... They’re so bad!
Rent somewhere else even if it’s more.
You’ll thank yourself later
