Lovely fully furnished home in a wooded northern suburb: beautiful room for rent; 10 miles from USF Main campus; owner is a USF grad student, PhD. Home includes secure neighborhood, antiques, beautiful lawn and gardens, lots of lakes and woods to... fish or hike in; shared bath and kitchen; other roommates very clean and respectful, expect the same. There is 1 chihuahua here, but she is outdoors and doesn't come in the house. Can only rent for the Summer and Fall semesters, but will also xo Soder the spring semester as well. The house is a great place to study, lots of shelves for books and advice from grad student on papers and writing etc. It's quiet here, nice, peaceful and safe.
