Just not worth it

Just don’t waste your money here, staff, grounds, gym, laundry, maintenance staff all terrible. This whole complex needs to be on Catfish, the pictures look awesome but i promise it’s nothing like this in reality.

Regretting Applying

I applied back in June (it’s now mid-July) and I haven’t heard anything back from their “agents.” Everytime I call I’m assured I’ll get a call in a few days but still nothing. The people who answer the phone are very friendly, but far from actually being helpful.

Avoid At All Cost!!!

This is the worst place to live!!! Management is horrible every other month there’s new management and you would think they would work on improving the living situation of their residents but they DON’T CARE. They are incapable of resolving any issues that you bring to them like why is it every morning when I wake up my apartment smells like sewage? Now they are kicking a lot of people out without ANY notice and not giving people the option of renewing their lease. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!... The icing on the cake is instead of them communicating with their residents they would rather close early to avoid assisting their residents and resolve the issue.

This property is really clean and quiet, so close to USF you cam throw a rock and hit the school from here. The management team is nice and caring. I love my neighbors and enviroment

Not the best apartments or the best area but I've got great friends so it was the best choice for us as college students who all work too much and don't sleep enough.
