The location is great, and the Bullrunner picks up right outside the complex, the front office staff and maintenance are all so nice and friendly! Any time I have something wrong, it gets solved immediately. And the rent is a pretty good price!

Living here is pretty great, I moved in for my freshman fall semester and really enjoy it. The apartment is perfect size and has great amenities. I had a few maintenance issues and they were taken care of pretty quickly. Overall happy, just annoyed with the elevator situation as it is constantly broken and having to the four flights up and down every day multiple times starts to get irritating.

The location is great being so close to campus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have parties and different events for residents quite often. All of the amenities are in pretty good shape with two nice pools. The maintenance staff does a good job at responding fast to any requests for work. Overall a solid place for college style living

Its not bad but its not great either. The internet is down every day the building is kinda destroyed, the gates never work the building doors do not requiere a key to enter so its insecure. Besides that its great
