Viridian Apartment

725 sq feet 1 bedroom one bathroom apartment for rent.

Everything is included in the rent including TECO and Wifi.

Living Room: Fully furnished living room space with couch, TV, rug, and glass table.

Bedroom: Bed frame provided ( has no head... board) have to provide your own mattress.

Kitchen: Comes with a microwave and Dishwasher

USF Bullrunner Bus Stop is right outside the apartment leasing office

I only accept someone who is clean living here, so if you know that once your lease over you will not clean up after yourself, this is not a place for you.

I do not accept someoene who pays rent late.

I am open if you would like to renew your lease once your lease is over, I will give a 60 day notice.

I am open for a apartment/ community tour if you want to contact me.
