When calling the office about getting a parking for my parents, I chatted with a very nice temp. that said I had to come into the office to receive my pass which I said okay to.
Then some ANGERY lady called to tell me sorry we don't give out parking passes, your parent's will just have to wing it and if theres no visitors parking then it's just tough luck for them, they'll get towed. Mind you there is very limited visitor parking here. And they've towed my parent's car before which costs 350.00 over the Christmas holiday. Hints why I called.
But got terrible customer service instead.
I miss the days when Charlie was in the office. He always so nice and handled everything effortlessly.
Whoever took his place is a disaster over the phone, raised her voice and everything. The tone was unacceptable!!
Also I would like to add.... theres dog poo everywhere people never pick up after their dogs its absolutely disgusting. Clearly the property manager does care because its never been addressed.
The view is the only thing here that deserves 5 stars!!
These apartments are old, dated and dirty definitely not worth the money especially when you have deal with bad attitudes and dog poo!!
The only apartments that look nice here are the ones they redid because of the flooding from the hurricane. Which are on the 1st floor.

Our team shared available parking options for overnight guests, including guidance on designated visitor parking and alternative arrangements. At the time, these options were respectfully declined. We do not advise guests to “wing it,” nor do we use towing as a threat. To further support our residents and their visitors, towing is limited for a minimum of 48 hours during major holidays to help reduce unnecessary stress. We would also like to address the concern regarding tone. Our team is committed to maintaining a respectful, calm, and professional approach in every interaction. Ending a conversation prematurely can make it challenging to fully assist and resolve concerns in real time, and we always welcome the opportunity to help when communication remains open. Regarding community cleanliness, pet waste stations are conveniently located throughout the property, and residents are regularly reminded of their responsibility to clean up after their pets. Maintaining the community is a shared effort, and we encourage residents to report any concerns directly to the office so they may be addressed promptly. We appreciate you sharing your voice and renewing your contract for an additional 12 months. If you have any other concerns, please reach out to the office directly so we can address them properly.

Paradise - More bang for your buck
I have been living at Waters Pointe for over three years and I hope I never leave. It is a perfect location if you are an active person or if you enjoy a peaceful relaxing lifestyle. Great staff, beautiful grounds and friendly community.

Do not live here if you own a car!!!
This community has a HUGE parking problem couple with incompetent office staff! I’ve had MY car towed twice in the 4 months I’ve lived here so far. If you have any special situation like a rental car or company car; they will refuse to give you a parking pass since vehicle isn’t registered to you! To incompetent to even use a bit of discretion in accommodating their RESIDENTS!

No parking, to expensive
Parking always a problem!!! 198 apartments and only 255 parking space ,12 of them for visitors !! my loaner car been towed because I didn't have the parking sticker, for my bad luck it was Sunday and the office close so there is no way to get one. When I claimed my problem to the staff they Said its my fault and I had to find parking somewhere else out of the property which is hard to be done when you have an infant baby at 10 pm. I've been living here for 2.5 years now and I ended paying 150 $ the corporate robins property didn't offer anything to help except saying This is The LAW !!!!
