This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo has a 2-car garage and is located in the gated community of The Villas Condominiums. As you enter you will notice an open-concept floor plan with the living room, kitchen, and dining area (22x15). Both bedrooms feature a... walk-in closet. The Kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, smooth top range, and dishwasher. The master suite(14x13) has a large walk-in closet and bath with tub/shower combo. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom(11x11). This is Building #8, tucked away in the back corner and has 2 balconies. Flooring is carpet and tile, ceiling fans and blinds, laundry room with washer and dryer. This community has a resort style pool and a community gym. Located near I-75, shopping at the Tampa Outlets, USF, restaurants, and hospitals. Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. The HOA application fee is $100 per adult/ married couple. If you decide to apply for one of our properties, there is an $99 per adult application fee that is non-refundable. Anyone aged 18 or above who will be residing at the property must apply. We will (1) check your credit report; (2) check for recent evictions; (3) verify your employment, if applicable; (4) personal income, assets, or assistance must be sufficient and verifiable; (5) verify your previous landlord references; and (6) perform criminal background screening; (7) be aware that some associations also have application fees. We encourage you not to apply if you have bad credit references or poor rental history.
