Again DON’T do it! I guess they pay people to write those nice reviews because I see a bunch of lies and I mean it. They are money hungry they overcharge you, take forever to fix anything that’s damaged, staff is stupid and disrespectful, not enough space, roommates, mold, trash issues and more. You will regret it if you move in again DON’T DO IT! This is the worst year of my entire life

These people do not know what they're doing, they overcharge you. I had roommates who did drugs and stole from me. I had to turn in the apartment and leave not even without a month living there and management had no answers.

Don’t do do it!! I try to apply for a apartment there and when I put down my deposit to hold a spot they started charging me rent even though I didn’t move in I never received a key or anything they continue to charge me rent for every month that I wasn’t there they kept my deposit and told me I owed Them more money they also put it on my credit report and try to send me to and someone who was not an accredited debt collection agency so I could get it off of my credit report.

This place is horrible. I have lived here at reflections for almost a year and I would not recommend anyone to moved here. Reflections apartment have a horrible gnat/insect infestation ISSUE and they pair you with horrible roommates without doing a real background checks on them. I was moved because I had a roommate that broke all the rules to the leasing agreement but the office did nothing until police was called and then moved me. Living in my first unit was hell .I had the most worst... experience ever. I hated living there because I didn't feel safe with a roommate who was on drugs who kept the apartment dirty, nasty, who was a thief and had a few people living in her room and who had given people keys our apartment whose name was not on the lease that would be coming in and out of the apartment as they please ;just to say the least. After that they moved me to a new apartment and I noticed in the new apartment it also had a gnats/fruit fly infestation issue in that unit as well but my new roommate was okay but later moved out because of the gnat infestation in are unit. ALSO I WANT TO MENTION THESE FRUIT FLYES BITE. I have contacted the leasing office in regards to this matter and this matter still has not been resolved.The pest control they hired sucks. I watched the pest control guy spray the unit and the bugs would multiply as spraying the place was pointless. I invested my hard earned money for pest control traps and Here are a few pictures of what I m currently going through. The insects seem to manifest and multiply once you kill the first batch of insect for the week even if the apartment is clean and there is nothing in the sink.
