If I could give it a 0 star review I would. The management was awful. The gates were always broken which meant we had armed robberies and people trespassing all the time. The gate also closed on my car and they stuck me with the bill for the gate. Unless you want to die here don’t rent from them

Living here is a big MISTAKE. I can’t write down all bad things I had with 4-year living at IQ because there are so so many. The management is unbelievably terrible and irresponsible. They are welcoming and seem like professional at the beginning, try to make you sign the lease. You will see they are rude and don’t care about you after that. They don’t informed you enough and always blame that’s your fault when you complain anything or even when you get in troubles because of their process, it... is exhausting and takes long time to deal with them.
And it is not a safe place to live as well. Loud neighbor, parties all the time. My bike was theft when it’s locked in apartment bike rack after 3 days. The alarm usually goes off for no reason. A tenant is killed here in 2022. They lose my deposit check somewhere then I talked with them several times but I don’t have any appropriate response. So do not live here. Read More

great for having friends over for sleepover and it has great studying places for school and it has some nice places close to it

There are cockroaches everywhere in the room, and the neighbors are very noisy and often hold parties. Especially in the case of an epidemic. The most annoying thing is that my car tire was punctured here! ! !

Pest control here doesn't work, management doesn't care about the tenants. You can't get out of the lease unless they violate it. Overpriced for no reason whatsoever. Gym is tiny, no room to workout if there's five people there. Internet is throttled to 2 MB down even with Ethernet. DO NOT LIVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET WAKING UP HERE EVERY SINGLE DAY. LIVE LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
