Reflections Apartments

Private Room sublet in a 3x3 apartment at Reflections - $767/month - starting anytime from April - June.

1 mile away from the University of South Florida Campus, with a bus stop just outside the property.

Comes completely furnished and has...
stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, and a balcony.

Rent includes all utilities (unless there are overages) and Wi-Fi. Parking is a flat fee per year.

The property is pet friendly, but my roommates (two lovely ladies) are willing to have the apartment be pet free as well.

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. I'm flexible with the move in date; anytime between April - June will work. The lease ends July 31st, but if you are quick, the property has stated there should be opportunity to renew. The property requires a $55 application fee and a $1000 security deposit (OR a guarantor). I will pay for the $300 move-in fee. If you are interested and would like to see pictures of how I've personally used the space, please reach out! (Pictures on the post are of the model, but they are fairly accurate to the apartment.) Thank you!
