Looking for someone to take over my lease for August 1, 2024-July 31, 2025 at ULake Apartments. Rent is $1415 ALL INCLUSIVE(water, electric, internet, and gas all wrapped up into one monthly payment)! There’s a package center, two swimming pools, a tennis court, a dog park, a fitness center, and plenty of outdoor areas to lounge around. The apartment is located about a mile from USF and has a bus stop right out front. The complex is within walking distance to a shopping center containing Target, ALDIs, and across from the center is a Walmart Supercenter. The complex is also providing brand new furnishings free of charge! Maintenance is highly responsive and kind. My neighbors are kind and I’ve been blessed to have no issues with the property. I’m moving out of the area and need someone to take over by August 1st. Please DM me with any inquiries and I’ll do everything I can to make this transition go smoothly.
