Roommate wanted for 2 bd/2.5 ba townhome

Apartment complex is on Busch Blvd close to Busch Gardens. Two and a half miles from USF Tampa campus. Quiet location with courteous neighbors. Master bedroom is north-facing, so it will be cooler in the summer, with personal bathroom attached. Lots... of natural light in the apartment. In-unit washer and dryer. Complex has a saltwater pool and lots of trees. Water and trash is included, Internet and power is separate.

I am a 36-year-old male PhD student at USF, studying environmental anthropology. Most of my time is usually consumed with schoolwork. Quiet, nerdy, left-wing, and passionate about social issues.

Looking for someone similarly low-key and professional, ideally a fellow grad student. Open to folks of any gender or orientation. Ages 27-40 preferred. Cats welcome.

Move-in April 1, or earlier if desired. I will also be conducting research in India from mid-May to early August, so you will have the place to yourself.
