I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the summer with the option to renew in late August!

Per my property manager, this would involve being added to the lease and passing a screening process. At the end of August, you would have the... option to renew the lease on your own if you'd like to stay, or simply move out when the lease ends.This is a convenient option for summer interns, couples, or those who want a low-stress place to land while getting familiar with Tampa before committing to a longer-term housing situation!

Located close to campus (but not the area with undergraduate housing)
Dates flexible, approximately May 11 - August 21
I'm open to discussing and pro-rating the rent-- it's typically $1,418 plus utilities, but I'm mainly hoping to offset my costs this summer
