Currently looking for someone to take over my roommates part of the lease after it expires in mid-August. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, located on the 2nd floor. You would have your own room and bathroom, which is located across from your... room. There is a washer and dryer in the storage room on the balcony. Everything is included in the rent expect electricity and internet which runs from $55-$125 per person. Looking for a clean, and neat person, nothing over the top just not messy. The apartment is across the street from campus and the Yuengling Center. It is about a 15 minute walk to the library. The apartments common area is fully furnished, all you would need is furniture for your bedroom. You would have to be approved by the landlord.
