Staff
The staff are the issue. Very unorganized, no one does what they are supposed to. And roaches in nearly every apartment.

I hate it
I don't know where to start. The bad plumbing, the junk behind my apt, the pools that been closed for over two years, the manager that doesn't do anything or answer the phone. The farther you go in the back the dirtier it is. The rent is way too high.

Horrible living conditions
Management does NOT care for tenant living conditions. Going back and forth with maintenance about filthy sewer water coming out from; toilet, tub, and vents, mold on walls and under carpet. Issues that are claimed to have been fixed but continue to return. Negligence at its prime!

Great Community
Great place to live... Never had problems.. Close to everything.

DONT DO IT
This place was horrible, I lived here for a year and literally counted down the days to get out of here. Don't let the nice landscaping by the office fool you once you go to the back landscaping is no longer kept up. Neighbors have no consideration blast music late night early morning and just hang out. Not to mention constantly having to look out your window to check your car to make sure someone isn't trying to break in. Tow trucks will tow for no reason. Summer time fights break out, awful. Apartments are disgusting, no matter how much you clean, spray, set traps the roaches have taken over. Spraying did NOTHING absolutely horrifying. Sirens every night since the hospital is right across the street, helicopters at 2, 3 in the morning never any peace. Would never recommend anyone to live here. Never felt safe here to the point I got myself a firearm. They will do anything to get people to move here don't fall for it.
