Welcome to The Flats at Seminole Heights, a gem of a community embodying everything you love about life in sunny Tampa, Florida. Floor plans with large, airy layouts with modern fixtures, followed by fun amenity spaces that help you break the routine... and unwind.
Lived here 4 years. High price for a low value apartment in a bad community. Neighbor destroyed our property and threatened us, office did nothing. Daily loud screaming unsupervised children running around the complex. Gate doesn’t work regularly, and deliveries from many companies are a problem even with the Amazon locker on premises. Maintenance implement half-measures and cheap workarounds, but at least they’re quick. After moving out, we were sent our security deposit from a frozen bank account and are still following up about two months later to get them to cut the check properly. Pretty certain they’re not going to give our deposit back. Terrible experience, and if I could give zero stars I would.

Amazing service
I got such amazing service and treatment. When viewing an apartment today at The Flats At Seminole Heights. María treated me like family while touring me around the property.
